Canada.ArcServicesCo.com Moving Forward
The month of November despite the Thanksgiving holiday period was the best month in ArcServicesCo.com's 19 month history. We see this accomplishment as a reaffirmation of the SEO and PPC expertise at KSP Systems' Online Advertising Division.
In another indication of success, a prominent copier industry wholesaler has expressed great interest in licensing the propriety KSP Systems eCommerce technology for their own website. We will keep everybody posted about this exciting upcoming project.
So far December is projected to shatter the record-breaking November we just enjoyed. This makes sense due to SEO momentum and the fact that December is a huge month for print shops.
To further drive momentum we have begun an SEO blitz targeting Canada which we believe to be a huge untapped market. Arc Services Co. - Canadian support
KSP has just finished implementing support for Canadian sales and shipping into the Arc Services Co. website. We have also launched a copier parts and supplies storefront for Canadian customers . This new sub domain will provide for greater SEO exposure for Canadian customers. In this process we have added support for FedEx and USPS shipping to Canada. FedEx shipping may be available to US customers in future updates to the website.
Other imporvements involve pages for copier repair services in Los Angeles, as well as cleaning up and removing old pages that were no longer relevant to Arc's business plans.

New Red Exhibits Front Page
This week we added new low priced pop-up displays and fabric pop up displays to the redexhibits site. These new products are high quality pop-up displays which include graphics, lights, and a podium all for one low price. The prices for these products are the lowest we have seen anywhere on the internet to date.
A new hot deals section was also created to display these new products. To market these new products we also launched a new Google pay per click campaign which is specifically targeted to the new products. This new trial campaign will run for 1 week as a test.

ArcServicesCo.com - New Copier Pages!
We are proud to launch new copier pages at ArcServicesCo.com. When a user find a copier part and clicks on a copier in the "Used In" section they will arrive at a copier page. This page now features an AJAX data grid which lists all products which are compatible with the copier chosen.
We believe that this will be a great convenience to our users. In the near future we will be replacing our static copier pages with links to these new active copier pages. At that point we will add significant amounts of static content to each copier page. We look forward to feedback from our users. Red Exhibits Site Updates
This upcoming week we will be working on updating the Red Exhibits website in several areas. The first item will be to update some of the images on the front page of the website. Currently there are some duplicate images of potable banner displays. We are also considering placing text links under each category image to make them more visible to search engines.
Continued revision of meta information and improvement of content throughout the website is also going to be further fine tuned.
At this point all that really needs to be done is to continue to refine what is currently on the site. With time our efforts should pay off. Exhibit Products is a highly competitive industry as we have come to realize, but we are still confidant in our ability to get results.

Further Work on Red Exhibits
Today we conducted further work on the Red Exhibits website as part of a continues effort to improve their website's Google positioning. Our latest efforts include but are not entirely exclusive to revising the product descriptions and to further refine the category meta information. By improving the product descriptions we intend to provide more relevant information about the Red Exhibits products such as Banner Stands and Retractable Banner Stands. By providing more detailed product information will ultimately improve the user experience that each client current does and in the future will continue to enjoy. Our further refinement of the meta information for the categories (specifically the Red Exhibits exclusives category) will help provide more relevant search engine results for users who are looking for exhibit and marketing material such as banner stands, retractable banner stands, pop-up displays and many more.

Red Exhibits SEO Part 2
Phase two of the search engine optimization has been completed for Red Exhibits. Red Exhibits as you may or may not recall is a recent client who we have been doing online marketing for. Red Exhibits market is exhibit products such as Banner Stands. Our goal has been to get Red Exhibits back at the top of the major search engines for the keywords Banner Stands, Retractable Banner Stands, Pop Up displays just to name a few.
For the first time we have seen our desired keywords noticed by Google in the webmaster tools. We also made some significant progress in improving our page rank. The Red Exhibits page rank was 3 but in only 1-2 months we have improved it to 4. That one point gain is significant as the page rank system is exponential. This means that each next level is harder to achieve than the previous.
We are excited to see these two SEO gains. We believe that within the next month or two we should start coming up near or on the front page of Google for our desired search terms.

The Acorn Online: New Customers!
We are proud to announce a new customer into the KSP Systems family. The TheAcornOnline.com is the foremost Camarillo, Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Thousand Oaks community resource.
This customer came to us seeking assistance after lossing time and lots of money with a previous developer. The project was approximately 50% done but lacked polish and contained bugs on nearly every "completed" page.
Since taking over development we have moved the project along briskly with high quality programming. As with all our products we have added AJAX to many portions of the website to add visual pop and improve mechanics.

Two Updates Today! Arc Services & Red Exhibits
For Arc Services Co today we adjusted their Google Pay Per Click advertising. We made ads for Imaging Units, Fusing Units, Print controllers and More. With highly targeted ad variations we hope to achieve a higher rate of return on investment. We also improved the check out on the Arc Services website to feature advanced check out errors. Now the user will be notified with a detailed error when they enter incorrect billing information. This should cut down on user frustration by informing the user of their exact error.
We also worked on Red Exhibits today. We developed a list of items that need to be addressed on the Red Exhibits website. These include product category links on the front page. This will make it easier for categories containing banner stands, brochure stands, fabric pop up displays and others to be indexed properly. With proper indexing we hope to increase sales.

Arc Services Co Updates
Today we performed several updates to the Arc Services Co. website. The first item that we deployed was a brand new front page search. This front page search was made to help make searching for products easier and quicker for potential clients. With this new search there are only 3 simple steps a visitor to the site has to follow; 1 Pick the brand of copier ie.( konica minolta copiers ), 2 pick the model of copier, 3 select the part category ie. ( Konica Minolta Imaging Units ).
With this new search we hope to grow the arc services revenue by several percent.
We are also working on entering Arc Services into the Canadian market this month by adding Canadian shipping to the website. So far that project has had its share of road blocks and speed bumps but we'll leave that for another entry.

Red Exhibits SEO Progress
Today we further examined Red Exhibits organic search issues and constructed a plan to help raise their overall page range. As of now Red Exhibits is ranked in the 600s on Google for general search terms such as Banner Stands. On Yahoo, Red Exhibits is performing significantly for the keyword banner stands by coming up on page 6. While not excellent, we do believe that their placement on page 6 on Yahoo is a good start because of the competitive nature of the exhibits display industry.
Our strategy to raise Red Exhibits page rank across the board is to refine the current pages that are on the website to convey information in a more relevant way. This includes optimizing meta keywords, descriptions and titles.
